Terms and Conditions


• Make sure all required project features are entered correctly in the registration book.

• When you visit the office Please make sure to sign with the date in the registration book.

• All batch members details should be entered in the form while registering only.

• All batch members must be from the same college and same branch only.

• All batch members must attend classes regularly without fail and please be on time.

• One mobile number from the group will be considered as a registered number and please communicate from the same number.

• We will update the special event holidays in Google maps. Before visiting please confirm that.

• Voice calls between 11 AM to 6 PM only except declared holidays.

• Preferred way of communication will be via Whatsapp only. You may call us in case the response is delayed. Please call us only when necessary and keep your conversations simple, clear and short.

• Please limit your number of voice calls maximum two in a day.

• Please do not contact us on Sunday or on any declared holidays.

• Please make sure technology domain which is you have chosen is under your knowledge limit and you know the basics.

• Project demo sessions will be limited class and make sure topic chosen will be understandable.

• Requirements are taken based on students' requirements. We are not responsible for college guide suggestions. If any changes are required it will be acceptable with additional charges. We will confirm the changes after checking feasibility.

• Total cost of the project may be hiked if any extra features or modules or components are required or market price is hiked.

• Project Cancellation is not allowed. All kind of Fees payment paid will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• If any college format is available for synopsis need to provide while registering only. Please specify the contents to be included too. Synopsis will be copy pasted contents hence there might be misleading contents in the document. So please clarify the working methodologies while registration only.

• If any changes required in the synopsis/ Phase 1 report please reply to the same mail within two days.

• Price will be fixed. There is no negotiation further.

• Please do not ask for any discounts at the time of dispatch. Discounts will be available on mentioned offers only. Please make use of that.

• Based on the complexity of the project, completion date may be extended.

• Fee payment will be in three installments only. More than three installments will cost an additional 10% of total estimated cost.

• INR 2000 paid will be adjusted against synopsis.

• Only one time Topic changes will be allowed when the next installment is paid.

• Additional INR 2000 will be adjusted against PPT/ Phase 1 report.

• Only one PPT will be provided. Need to collect within December only.

• PPT will be sample copy only. Any changes needed further need to be done by students only.

• Price quotation or offers mentioned valid for 7 days from the enquired date.

• To proceed with the implementation you need to pay 60% of the total amount.

• 60% of total payment to be cleared within 30 days of registration, failing which registration will be considered as cancelled and fee paid will be non refundable.

• 60% of total payment will be adjusted against development work. Information about the progress will be shared, not source codes.

• Project implementation or support will be provided till maximum one year or till annual exam date whichever is less.

• Partial output /Source code/ components are permitted to be taken outside/ delivered only after 90% of payment. Such components must be returned within 2 days.

• Full project implementation will take up to 21 working days from the time of 100% payment.

• Last date to make full payment will be March 15. Failing which additional INR 2000 per month will be charged.

• Once we update the project is completed, please collect the project within 7 days from the intimation date failing which schedule will be affected.

• Implementation will be only of circuit level and if any decorative items or mechanical implementation needed, will be at an additional cost.

• For hardware projects if battery required, battery cost will be an additional cost. Working of components with battery supply depends on battery configuration only.

• For ESP32 projects USB type B cable need to arranged by students only.

• IOT Project Deliverables will be one time Synopsis (up to 10 pages), Onetime PPT, Phase 1 report (up to 20 pages), Source codes, handwritten algorithm or Flowchart after completion, Hardware Components, Circuit implementation and Contents for making reports. Please confirm the deliverables while registration only. Document Support will be available in 7th sem only.

• Software Project Deliverables will be one time Synopsis(up to 10 pages),, Onetime PPT, Phase 1 report (up to 20 pages),, Source codes, Installation on single system, handwritten algorithm or Flowchart after completion and Contents for making reports. Please confirm the deliverables while registration only. Document Support will be available in 7th sem only.

• Software based circuit diagram and full report (to be confirmed within December only) will be at additional cost.

• Complete report/ Paper Preparation / Plagiarism conversion will be at additional cost.

• Please re confirm your deliverables with our project guide while registering only.

• The service will be mainly for project delivery. Classes or demo sessions depend on the topic and numbers of classes are not fixed.

• Please pay the fee installment on time to avoid last moment rush.

• Do not rush at end moment for any kind of support. Please allow us sufficient time to respond back.

• Please keep all call recordings for future reference.

• In case if your project is selected for KSCST funding, please collect the GST bill for components before March month only. Tax amount will be added extra.

• Project installation will be on a single system only. We are not responsible for system configuration problems.

• We do not call you to attend the class. Student’s responsibility is to book a slot for class schedule.

• Please schedule for the next class before leaving the class. Intimate us before 3 days to attend the class if there is a long gap in schedule.

• For any reason if you cannot attend the class, inform us prior to cancelling the schedule.

• Please visit us on appointment only. For appointment please contact us on Whatsapp 9448847874. To confirm the opening or closing hours check Google Maps listings.

• After collecting hardware please do not upload source code from your system which may lead to overwriting existing code.

• For hardware projects please do not tamper any connections and please do not try to remove the connections.

• If any damages occur after collecting hardware, students are responsible for it. Service will be provided free of cost but any hardware replacement cost to be covered by students only.

• Please carry a minimum one laptop and pen drive whenever you visit the centre. Please bring your own SIM card for GSM testing.

• While collecting the hardware please take trial at least 3 to 4 times. Please clear all doubts at the time of dispatch only.

• While collecting hardware please make sure all batch members are present at the demo time. After collecting kit if any troubleshoot required make sure those batch member who are present at the time of demo, must bring the kit back.

• Please collect all the deliverables at the time of final payment only.

• Students need to follow standard operating procedures whenever they visit the office.

• Please keep your mobile phones in silent mode.

• Please maintain silence inside the office.

• Any kind of video or photography is not allowed without permission.

• REDHILL SOFTEC Reserves all rights to cancel the project and fee paid will be forfeited if any violation of rules, misbehaviors, mal practices are found.

• REDHILL SOFTEC Reserves all rights to modify or add terms and regulations upon further these terms.

• For each batch referral INR 1000 discount will be available.

• Referred batch number must be a successive number.

• You can invite as many as friends and will be eligible to get discount for each successful batch registration.

• Referred batch must mention your name in the "Referred by:" column in registration book while registering only.

• Referred batch fee must be more than 10000 in order to be eligible for top up.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Once fees paid will not be refundable.
